1、 Overview:
The KCH hydrogen generator produces hydrogen gas by electrolyzing potassium hydroxide aqueous solution. The instrument is equipped with multiple intelligent control devices, making it easy to use.
2、 Working principle and process flow
The working principle of this instrument is the traditional diaphragm alkaline electrolysis method. The conductive medium inside the electrolytic cell is potassium hydroxide aqueous solution, and the separator between the two pole chambers is the diaphragm of the aerospace electrolysis equipment. After applying direct current to the two poles, water molecules immediately undergo electrochemical reactions at the two poles of the electrolytic cell, producing oxygen at the anode and hydrogen at the cathode. The reaction equation is as follows:
Anode: 2OH–-2e → H2O +1/2O2↑
Cathode: 2H2O+2e → 2OH–+H2↑
Total reaction equation: 2H2O → 2 H2↑+ O2↑
This instrument implements automatic control for pressure control, overvoltage protection, flow display, flow tracking, etc; Enable fully automatic adjustment of hydrogen output at constant pressure based on the amount of hydrogen used by the gas chromatograph (within the range of gas production)

4、 Environmental requirements
Hydrogen generators cannot be used in enclosed rooms!
The instrument should be placed near the hydrogen equipment and placed steadily.
Environmental temperature: 0~45 ℃
Humidity: ≤ 85%
The inner plug of the alkali solution storage slot is used to prevent residual alkali solution from leaking and corroding the surface of the instrument during transportation. Users must remove the inner plug when using the instrument to facilitate oxygen discharge. Users should keep it properly for future use during transportation!
